Bob Taylor speaking on "The Three Defining Moments in American History: What We Need to Know."

 Board meeting at 5 p.m. at the Elk's Lodge.  Followed by committee meetings during dinner, beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by club discussion of the board meeting and committee assignments continuing until 8:00 p.m

 Program -- All Service Leadership Programs (SLPs) sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Charlottesville will report on their activities and lead Kiwanians and their guests in a hands-on service project making goody bags for the children at the UVA Children's Hospital

 Service Night -- Camp Holiday Trails, a camp for children with special health needs. (Tasks to be determined.)   Service nights begin at 6 p.m. instead of the usual 6:30 p.m.

 Program -- Colonel Ronald Matthews, Superintendent of the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail, speaking on the jail's effort to help inmates make a successful re-entry into the community.
