Volunteers Needed: Martha Jefferson 8K Run & 4K Walk, 7:30am - 9:30am; Duties may include handing out drinks to runners along the course or to help runners navigate near the finish chutes. The race starts at 8am. Contact Bill Hall to sign-up as a volunteer. Volunteers usually get free shirts (not positive yet that that is the case). So if you do volunteer, please provide what size shirt you prefer. |

Following dinner which begins at 6:30 p.m., there will be a special new member orientation presented by Past Lieutenant Governor and Lieutenant Governor Elect Herb Ely. This program is provided by Kiwanis International and will help you answer the question: "What Does Kiwanis Do?" Members are encouraged to invite potential new members to this evening of fellowship and fun. |
